Marcus Hale standing in a bright doorway

Twenty-eight streets, one agent.

No handoffs, no team of assistants you have never met. From the first walk-through to the keys changing hands, it is me.

About

I got tired of watching agents under-price good homes.

I started in property management, doing the maths on a hundred rentals a year — what a place actually rents for, not what the listing said. When I moved into sales in 2011 I brought that discipline with me: a number I can defend, not a number designed to win the listing.

Northside is a small enough market that reputation compounds fast. Sellers talk to each other. Fourteen years in, most of my campaigns start with a referral from someone whose sale I handled, which is the only review that has ever mattered to me.

Credentials

  • Licensed real estate agent, NSW, since 2011
  • 214 homes sold across the northside
  • Member, Real Estate Institute of NSW

The agents who quote the highest number to win the listing are the same ones asking for a price cut in week three. I would rather tell you the real number on day one.
